Going to the Nations
Catapulted by the Holy Spirit, and with the assistance of Reinhard Bonnke, Ray and Renaid Almgren began ministering internationally in December 1998 by delivering a prophetic word in Finland. While speaking in eight churches, in eight cities, in eight days, God wonderfully confirmed His word with signs and wonders.

Shortly after returning home, the Lord led Renaid to quit her physical therapy job and begin volunteering at Cornerstone TeleVision Network, a 24 hour Christian station near Pittsburgh, PA, where Ray served as Accounting & Finance Manager from March 1994 until October 2001. During her time at Cornerstone, Renaid went from part-time to full-time in various positions, working as a Guest Coordinator and Make-up Supervisor until August 2002.

In 1999, Ray and Renaid ministered in Sweden and Norway, delivering a prophetic word to each country. In November 2000, along with two intercessors, they had the opportunity to return to Finland and Sweden. In both countries they were able to witness firsthand that God was beginning to fulfill His Words to those nations.

After the first trip to Sweden in March 1999, Ray and Renaid, along with others, began experiencing a visitation of God's Manifest Presence in a daily prayer meeting that Ray was leading. As God began to teach them about His Presence, they in turn began to teach others, having learned that the principles that God was revealing were transferable to other places.

Whatever

Whether ministering locally, nationally, or internationally, John 2:5, "Whatever He says to you, do it," is the scripture that bests sums up their calling and desire to serve the Lord.  They continue to go to the nations as the Lord directs, having also ministered in Israel, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Nigeria, Ghana, and at Christ For the Nations Bible School in England. They have also ministered regularly in Raleigh, NC.

They served as pastors of Victory Christian Tabernacle for almost 8 years and are currently assisting in the development of House of His Presence Pittsburgh, what will hopefully become a 24 hour house of prayer.

Growing in God
With the attitude, "If Ray and Renaid can do it, so can you," their passion is to see others experience God's Presence, learn to hear His voice, discover their gifts and callings, and be released into ministry as well. Much of this is being done in conjunction with HOHPP through Schools of the Prophetic and a Schools of Intercession.

Ray is a 1979 graduate of Christ For the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. Both Ray & Renaid are ordained through CFN's Fellowship of Ministers and Churches, and Ray serves as the FMC's regional representative for the northeastern United States.

R & R also serve as regional (Pittsburgh) leaders with Cindy Jacob's Reformation Prayer Network (RPN) and Dr. John Benefiel's Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network (HAPN) under the leadership of Abby Abildness, Director of Healing Tree International (HTI) and PA State Leader and coodinator for both networks.
